We recommend our clients to reserve a Maxi ahead of time to be guaranteed at time of pick up. SYDNEY GOLD MAXI SERVICE will honour any reservation made 24 hours before the pick-up time as long as all of our terms and conditions are met, including, but not limited to, providing us with correct booking details and valid credit card details at the time of booking. We can also provide you with a Maxi at a short notice by phone upon availability. All reservations confirmed by us via email reply or SMS are guaranteed pick-up as long as the details provided at the time of booking are correct and we receive credit card details to secure the booking. We can not guarantee you availability when you call or place a booking online with a short time notice or without confirmation from us.
SYDNEY GOLD MAXI SERVICE reserves the right to decline your booking request if drivers are unavailable or we cannot service the booking for any reason.
Deposit of 30% must be made to secure a Maxi, Also credit card details are required. 5% surcharge on all cards used in the Maxi, prepay To avoid the surcharge (Pay online at 3% PayPal transfer charge) .
All cancellation or change of bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your pick up time, otherwise the full fare must be paid and no refunds are given (7 days notice required in order to get the deposit refunded). Cancellation policy is
also applicable to all bookings made within 24 hours of travel time.
Waiting time charge starts 5 mins after initial booking time and is charged at ($20 per 15 mins).We will always endeavour to accommodate our clients who require excess time with our vehicles. Within reason and where possible, the vehicle
will be made available to your for as long as possible after the specified period of your reservation.
Airport Waiting Time
Waiting time starts 55 mins after booking is made for international and 30 mins for domestic, its up to the hirer to choose the booking time, However SYDNEY GOLD MAXI SERVICE reserve the right to arrive at any time within the grace periode given.
Where meet and great is required airport parking fees must be paid by the hirer.
You will be charged the total amount of the confirmed fee if you do not show at the nominated place and time.
•No smoking on the bus at any time during the service,
•Eating or drinking on the bus is prohibited (except water) unless agreed upon.
•Clients will be responsible for any cleaning cost due to inappropriate or irrational behaviour and will be charged at a flat rate of $150. If there is any deliberate or malicious damage done to the vehicle, then the repair will be quoted at a cost with an additional administration fee charged.
•All Airport pick ups must pay the airport toll.
•Any redirection or additional pick up or drop off must be communicated back to base and is subject to approval depending on schedule, extra charge will apply. •All Toll roads tolls must be paid by the customers unless agreed upon.
SYDNEY GOLD MAXI SERVICE reserves the right at any time to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions without any notice.
